Christiane Marx wusste schon früh, dass sie Schauspielerin werden wollte und schlug diesen Weg auch zielstrebig ein. Seit Abschluss ihrer Ausbildung hatte sie Engagements als freie Schauspielerin an verschiedenen Bühnen und in Off-Theater-Produktionen, welche sie sogar bis nach Japan führten. Ihren Lebensmittelpunkt hat sie in Berlin, wo sie in zunehmenden Maße auch als Sprecherin tätig ist. Unter anderem war sie in den Hörspielen Smalltalk und American Overflow im Radio zu hören und in den Fernsehserien Gilmore Girls und CSI Miami lieh sie Episodenrollen ihre Stimme als Synchronsprecherin.
In …und nebenbei Liebe sorgt sie in ihrer Rolle der Julia Vican für einigen Wirbel, denn mit ihrem Auftauchen hatte nun wirklich niemand gerechnet…
